Please recommend - Implants in London

I posted here awhile back - cracked, failed root canal, now more grey than white, smack bang in middle of my mouth. I have done f all about it, due to fear of losing my tooth. I am ready to face reality. Can some lovely soul please recommend an implantologist in London? I am hoping for one than has done thousands of them, with low failure rate. Or as close to than as I can get.

Yes to close to home. I felt too numb everywhere in my head to drive any distance after some of the treatment. I had a very good local one in SW London
