Anxiety Meds

To cut a long story short I was taken off of Amitriptyline because of possible heart interaction with Escitalopram (new GP info). Tried Pregabalin 75mg and was sick on this but had also just come off of Escitalopram 20mg in 2 weeks. Not sure if it is worth trying Pregabalin at 25mg. Community Psychiatric Team not keen to see me as I am not ill and just said I could go back to Amitriptyline with Escitalopram and have regular ECGS bit nervous to do that though.

I've suffered terrible anxiety for years now. I have been on various meds (not those that you mentioned) but Sertraline worked wonders for me.

Can you discuss with your GP, since they advised you to come off the first one?

It can be a bit trial and error finding one that works well for you, and the first few weeks symptoms can be worse.
