I had a baby almost 4 weeks ago.
I've noticed that when I go for a wee, I wipe then on standing more wee just falls out, there seems to be no way of stopping it. I'm still bleeding so wearing pads anyway and my pads always smell of wee. Its really getting me down.
Tips/advice would be appreciated.

Mm. Is anything sore? Is it sore when you wee? How about leaning forward when you wee to squeeze the last drops of wee out? Have you been doing pelvic floor exercises?

Congrats on your baby!

It will settle down, everything's just a bit stretched and more numb than normal and it can take quite some time to recover. You do need to start pelvic floor exercises as PP mentioned.

For now try double voiding so go for a wee, stand up and then sit down to go again and you should find you get that bit more out.

cocktail nothing is sore, no. I didn't tear or need stitches.
betty double voiding is a good idea.

may I suggest that when you have finished weeing, Stand up for about 10 seconds , and any remaining wee will flow down the urethra and and finish
off. Give it a try and it may help.

Thank you ozy I'll give it a try.

I had this op and did the standing up then sitting back down thing. Also oddly found scratching or rubbing the lower centre of my back after weeing did it too.

It stopped after a while.

muddle really hope mine stops. I'll scratch my back! I'll try anything.
