So I'm going to try the daddy chemical diet someone posted it on here years ago and I found it and decided hey ho nothing but weight to lose. I know i need to eat healthy do excercise and I will lose weight but I just want a kick start and this 'chemical diet' says you can lose 14lb if you follow it correctly. So if anyone is interested I'll post daily eating and results on here. So here we go day 1 starting figures 10st2lb 5ft4.
