Knee pain (previous DVT)

I had a calf DVT around 6 years ago. I did some travelling by car over the weekend (about 4 hours there and 4 hours back 2 days later)
Anyway, I started getting pain in my knee while I was away which seems to be radiating down my leg towards the front but not really the calf area.
My knee does look slightly swollen but not really any redness.
Could this be related or probably just a sprain?

It seems silly but you'll probably have to go to a and e. After a dvt (and the discovery of a condition) I'm always sent straight to a and e with chest or limb pains. Have tried gp, walk in centre etc but they all say - history of dvt, go to a and e. Hope you are ok.

Sad Hate the history!! It is in the same leg though slkk. Just painful to walk on but dull and heavy too.
