I know the answer is to test but I think I had a dose mix up last week.

Has anyone found it can make them feel very washed out and dizzy if over replaced? Pre child I just felt like super woman and didn't sleep much if on too much; now I ache and feel out of it.

I was on too much for 3 months and it was hell but now supposed to be ok - but wondering about going back. Obviously this is a brave thing to do!

The reason I ask is I'm starting to question mild ME / CFS. It's hard to untangle.

Very often the symptoms of being over-replaced are the same as being under-replaced. Are you monitoring heart rate, basal body temperature and blood pressure? These may be your best guides.

If you have had a ‘dose mix up’ you will need to wait for six weeks before you test so that everything can settle down again.

Please try not to go down the CFS/ME route. If you do that, everything that ever happens to you will be blamed on that and you will never get your thyroid sorted out!

Equally, it’s probably dangerous to assume that any weird symptoms you have are automatically thyroid-related.

I have half-heartedly been testing heart rate, and it's a bit faster.

I honestly think I have had a level of myopathy from slight under activity but then hyperactive. I was definitely over replaced for about four months last winter.

My muscles do not respond to things the way they used to and particularly my proximal muscles.

I was told I have hypermobility syndrome but in reality I lost muscle and I'm slowly gaining it.
