blinking flu

I have had the flu now for 2 days but today it has gone straight to my chest it is painful when I cough and making me feel awful sick from coughing as suffered from sickness all the way through pregnancy I am 35 weeks pregnant and don't know what to do to get rid of this bad chest help Confused

Flu is dangerous if you are pregnant (especially third trimester) because your lung capacity is lessened as the baby has pushed your other organs higher. If you are having an breathlessness please do get urgent medical help. You might need oxygen.

Is there any stuff I can buy in shop like tesco for my chest that you know of that is safe during pregnancy
