Is it just me or does anyone else feel like their body is telling them at this time of year we should be going into hibernation? (Or am I just a lazy cow???)

I just feel like I want to sleep and loll around doing not much, my brain feels like it has slowed up and I resent having to get up in the mornings even thoI go to bed pretty early.

I don't feel despressed at all but I do wonder if this is a type of SAD...I have to go outnow but I'll check in later!

Just read thorugh this, and after reading this, I am pretty sure I really do have this...have always been joking that I do have this....but...hm.... it would explain a lot about me and my behaviour!

I too could tick most of the boxes on that symptom list. Have contemplated the last few years about getting one of those light boxes.

My son has this - he got a light box himself after realising that he was starting to feel very down a couple of weeks ago - it has really helped. I was a bit sceptical, but can see the improvement after just one week.
