Palpitations while on Proprananol

I take 80mg of Propranonol per day for my anxiety, I also have an under active thyroid for which I take 125mg thyroxine. Over the last couple of days I have experienced an irregular heartbeat in the evenings.
Should I see Dr or is it part of my anxiety?

I used to take propanalol to stop my palpitations due to anxiety. It's always safer to get it checked out by a doctor though, especially with it being associated with your heart.
