Advice: Which private jabs for kids?

Hi there

After a run-in with suspected meningitis with DS I'm looking at immunising my two kids privately against whatever strains of meningitis I can. He's had all his NHS jabs. If money was no object, what extras would you recommend?

Meningitis B
Meningitis ACYW
And Chickenpox

Is that right? Going to call MASTA travel clinic on Monday. Any advice welcomed.

I'm a paediatrician and have seen kids severely unwell / die from meningitis and severely unwell and nearly die from chickenpox. Yes the risks are small but if it happens to your family it's completely devastating. We've chosen to vaccinate our daughter with all of the 3 vaccines you've mentioned.

You can spend £200 on a family supermarket shop - to me it's a no brainer to spend money protecting your kids. Good luck xx

I came on to write exactly this post! After a scare this week that turned out to be a throat infection we've decided to look into these vaccinations.
How do you access private vaccinations?

We've just given DD her first of the two Chicken Pox vaccine doses. Will look into meningitis vaccine after, didn't realise there were two different ones.
