How can I stop my hair thinning?

Any supplements/foods I can take? I hit 40 in October and is getting noticeable to me now!

I've had a problem with this around my hairline.
Make sure you are eating plenty of protein, as this is what hair is made from. If you don't eat much red meat or leafy green vegetables you could be a bit low in iron, so might be worth thinking about a multivitamin.
If you are very concerned - it could be worth going to the doctor for a few blood tests: iron & thyroid. Lack of these can lead to hair loss.

I've been taking an iron supplement for a couple of weeks now - I keep hoping it'll make a diff! I think I'll invest in magnetic bracelet and see if that helps with my body as a whole!
