can anybody help me with my pill

hi guys sorry to bother you all but google isnt being much help and i cant get into my doctors.
so i been taking my progesterone only pill for 3 months i took it a couple of hours later then normal this was a week after a period as i had a day off work and it caused a full period again i normally come on like clockwork the 21st so this 2nd period was about the beginning of last month(about the 9th of aug), i didnt come on the 21st of august thought its fine it will have re jigged my dates but im still not on. iv had sex in the meantime (about a week ago) and im getting some funny symptoms like tiredness, nausea mainly at night time but this morning was quite bad, iv had pains in my breasts, cramps in my lower abdomen, headaches. i took a test and it says negative but should i rule out that i wont come on on the 21st of this month? could i be pregnant but it be too early?
sorry about all the information guys im just a bit worried and annoyed i cant get to see a doctor.

Why can't oh see your gp?

Can you not Google your nearest sexual health clinic and get an appointment with them?

Can you try doing another test? Perhaps with the first urine of the day, if that's not what you did before?

There rediculously fully booked n I'm working late so might not make it in time for there so just in case I thought I'd post.

And yh could do thought that was just a tale kind of thing first wee of the day being the best to use.

Just saw this, it's not an old wives tale, it's because you don't drink anything overnight, so the first wee of the day is more concentrated, therefore any hormone that is in there will be stronger and the test is more likely to pick it up. During the day it is far more diluted and so the amount of hormone is less. Anyway, hopefully by now you have sorted out an appointment!
