Horrible Bloating, please help

Im having problems with it all the time it seems-i think its bready stuff that sets it of. Does anyone know any exercises that will move things along? i dont want to try laxatives and I dont want to waste money on the over priced BS they sell at Holland and Barret. It seems that I just don't fart enough and if their was some yoga/tai chi type exercises that anyone knows of that will help Id be very grateful. Thanks

You are wheat intolerant. I bet if you give it up all wheat for a week, and then you have a piece of toast, you'll feel really unwell - dizzy etc.

TBH, if you are wheat intolerant, its doing you no good at all and it would be a good idea to give your body a rest from the irritation for longer than a week.

To deal with the gas, try ginger tea (a lump of grated ginger / some powdered ginger) in hot water. Drinking lots of still water helps too.
