Every time I sneeze

I get a sharp pain under my shoulder blade on the right hand side. Also from breathing in deeply. It's making me tense up, what is it?
I've had it a long time (I gave up smoking 18 months ago when it first started as I was petrified it was something sinister in my lung)

Oh gawd I just googled it & it seems I could have a slipped disc!!! Wonder why the pains in my shoulder blade

Sounds more muscular if it's in the shoulder blade. Do you get pain in the chest when you breathe in?
