what could be wrong with my stomach?

At the top of my stomach, just under the breastbone, it feels like there is, cold liquid washing over it. Not constantly, but a lot.
My stomach feels like Im nervous, ikswim? Sometimes feels like there is a brick sitting in it.
Its in knots and churning.

If you don't feel sick and you are not losing weight, got blood in your stools, or feel excessively tired then it doesn't sound like Stomach Cancer. it is always worth checking things out symptoms that last for over a couple of weeks with your GP.

However anxiety can be expressed by bloating and stomach cramps..... So take your pick. But the most sensible thing is to keep a diary for a couple of weeks of your symptoms and then take it to your GP and get yourself checked out.

Oh good idea about the diary. My body feels anxious but my mind doesn't .

Maybe your body takes a long time to digest food ? aka as delayed gastric emptying .

I had a gallbladder attack during the week, I wonder if its linked?
I'll look that up ginger.
