for a 3 year old? Not something I would normally do, but I gave him sudafed before I realised he also was a bit hot.

is the sudafed a mixture for chesty coughs? i gave my 3 yr old sudafed and calpol a sudafed as the sudafed didnt have any paracetamol content. Have a look at hte label. Just be careful with sudafed though as i found it leads to upset tummy on occasions. Hope this helps.

I often give Ds sudafed and calpol together. The sudafed has no paracetamol in it.
Don't give Medised and Sudafed together though, they both have some similar ingrediants

I don't know what's in Sudafed, but a pharmacist told me that Tixylix and Calpol together was fine, and my 2.4 dd was given massive doses of Calpol and nurofen at the same time in A & E once to get her temp down quickly. So I should think you'll be fine. Just make sure that Sudafed doesn't contain paracetamol.
