I have five. They were done in the UK and I believe my dentist is well qualified and reputable. You can bargain ,regarding the price.
I had to have a bone implant. First of all he improved my dental health as it is no good putting implants into diseased gums. He then screwed posts into the bone. These were to hold the implants. It took months for these to heal and they were covered meanwhile, as they are sharp. I had loads of X-rays, which I wasn't keen on.
Then the teeth were cemented onto the posts. He took a long time looking at and adjusting how my upper and lower teeth fitted together.
He whitened my teeth. He made trays that I had to put bleach into at night. I found every treatment very painful but I am a wuss. Whitening was incredibly painful for me. I needed Paracetomol, every four hours the next day.
The result is GREAT though.
I have just found out that a bridge has come to the end of its useful life and so will have to have two more. Yuck.

I had one recently, paid 4,5K so that it's done via keyhole and it was absolutely worth it, no pain at all no bleeding nothing!
