Guttate psoriasis, anyone else had/ heard of it?

I've recently developed this as a result of having Tonsilitis. It's not pleasant, anyone any tips/reassurance?

My DH had guttate psoriasis a couple of years back. He's has psoriasis and psoriatic(sp?) arthritis for years. It looked really scary when it happened and the local GP's all wanted to see, as it isn't very common. There's nothing that can be done, AFAIK, and it takes some weeks to fade. But he didn't feel ill, so that's some consolation, I guess. If you have it on your face (my DH didn't) a good concealer might help. HTH
