Found a lump in my right breast back in May. Went to feel it the next night before I made a gp appointment and couldn't feel it. I had a long holiday starting that week so resolved to go on holiday and enjoy it and recheck on my return.
On holiday I was thrilled to find out I was pregnant and the excitement combined with the sicknEss and exhaustion meand I completely forgot about the lump.
So last weekend I thought to check (having forgot about the May lump). And found a lump in the same place. Presumably the same lump.
I've read that it can be particularly sinister in pregnanxy if it's cancer as the hormones cause the cancer to advance quicker.
It feels almost like a grape like lump and I struggle to find it sometimes. Not sure if that's because it's deep.
Gp said she didn't think it was cancerous (can they tell?) but referred me as I am so anxious.
I have had a previous lump a little of a year ago. In my other breast. They didn't find out what it was exactly other than a thickening of tissue.
