Getting single measles jab

I've booked in with babyjabs for my son to have measles and rubella single jabs.

Does anyone have any experience? Just a little worried. He's nearly 3 and was showing asd signs at 1 hence why I delayed it as he seems ok now, but want to get single ones as I want him vaccinated.

What about mumps? And the fact that there is no evidence that MMR causes autism. And that some of the clinics giving private jabs were found to have issues with cold chain storage etc. making them useless.

I had single measles at Babyjabs for DD, all good.

Mumps vaccine is what 75% effective at best and wears off, in the last big mumps outbreak in Scotland everyone had had the vaccine and still came down with it. Luckily most cases of mumps are very mild, some people (e.g my other half) don't even notice they've got it.
