I've had these before but they're usually painful & closer to surface & can be gently squeezed in bath until the funk clears but this is not moving to that stage so I'm stuck with a wee hard pea size lump that is itchy as all hell.
It's somewhat impractical to spend my days scratching at my fandabbydozy & it's feeling so dry down there which isn't helping. I do have Drs appointment next week but how can I relieve the insane itching until then?
