I guess it could just be a pulled muscle but if you're in that much pain I'd get it checked out.

Check it out, could maybe be sciatica?

Gingerbear · 24/11/2006 19:55

not a trapped nerve then? Have you seen anyone about it yet? Would NHS direct be any help?
I can come across tomorrow and take you to hospital or look after the girls in the waiting room if you need me.

Sorry to hear you're in so much pain.

I've had tremendous benefit from chiropractors and osteopaths with chronic low back pain - I often get referred pain in my groin/upper leg too. My last chiropractor got me out of daily pain after about 3 months of treatment, but sadly he left and my back deteriorated againI am now seeing a lovely osteopath who has already helped enormously - so for once I am not wincing as I write this.

Go to GP - might be a blood clot? Or do you get pain in the back of the calf with that? {{hugs}}
