Appalling migraines after greasy food?

I was feeling right as rain today. Rarely eat greasy food and bring a healthy lunch in from home today I forgot, went to a sandwhich shop and got a toasted thing with hallumi etc which was delicious but quite greasy. About half an hour after I've had a shocking headache and have had ever since.

Going to sound like a nutter but could it be the greasy food?

white bread?

I eat white bread fairly often with no issues at all :( it might be something not food related (having a stressful week) but it was so soon after I ate that.

Foods containing tyramine can trigger migraines.
Strong cheesy crisps, pesto (pine nuts), macadamia nuts & sun dried tomato trigger migraines for me.
If could have been the halloumi.
