was getting dd3 ready for bed and spotted a ugly red rash all over her legs. so took her to out of hours. she has an eczema flare up i should know what eczema looks like, dd1+2 have it, and dd3 has had a few flare ups, but none this bad.

'Tis the season to be scratchy.

DS1 didn't get it last winter and I thought he'd outgrown it but ALL his skin feels like sandpaper at the moment. DD2 is all red too. I've remembered to keep them cool (no sweaters in the house) and it does seem to be helping.

dd3 is back in a ecxema sleepsuit, and asleep. doc asked if anything had changed recently to make this flare up, the only thing is she is drinking mroe cows milk and not so much breastmilk these last few days.
