Green, really offensive smelling poo in 11 week old baby

DS2 hasn't been since Saturday, which isn't particularly unusal. However, he's been really struggling with wind the last couple of days (from both ends!) and he's just done the worst smelling poo I have ever had the misfortune to come across. It was dark green and sticky, the same sort of consistency as meconium. Why might this be do you think?

oops, meant to say he's breastfed. His feeding pattern hasn't changed massively over the last couple of days either

I can't think of anything different I have eaten in the last few days.
