Headache and sickness

I am 32 weeks n have had a headache n feel so sick although i havent been sick. Ive taken paracetamol and tried to sleep but the headaches still there. Is it reason to bother the doctor/midwife?

Yes. It is probably nothing but you should get it checked out.
