Recurring Cyst type thing under breast - should I be worried?

I have a cyst (I think) just under my breast, just beneath where bra band goes. Wearing a bra ( even non wired) is v uncomfortable. I've had it for a while - it seems to nearly go then come back again. Have successfully drained it a couple of times. This time I tried, not much came out, and now there is a deep hole in the middle. It v painful to touch. Does it need medical attention? Any tips for seeing it off? Have tried hot flannel, antibiotic cream, lanacane powder and nothing works. Many thanks for any help!

Yes, that does need medical attention. If nothing else, because the draining clearly isn't working if it comes back again. But you might have caused an infection or it might not be a cyst at all. It is probably best to leave it alone until you can get it seen. I'd put a large plaster or dressing over to protect it and go without a bra for now. Good luck!

Thank you. No I haven't seen a doctor ???? as have been assuming it's just because of sweat and bra rubbing, and I keep thinking it's going away. But I will make appointment.
