Shingles and coping with dc. help!

I only have the one dd, but have shingles. Feel pretty weak and exhausted and have been like this for 2 weeks. Even stupid stuff like shouting up the stairs or emptying dishwasher do me in.

Dd has tried to understand, but has now been stuck in the House for 2 weeks. I took her to the cinema today, but it was such a struggle. Dh works full time from 8-6 and has no holiday left. No family to help. Just sat here and cried today as am fed up trying to do it.

How old is dd? Does her school have a holiday club or is there a local childminder with holiday spaces you could use a couple of days a week. I find soft-play good. Ds plays, I slump on a sofa and mumsnet rest. I hope you are feeling better soon.
