I've had diarrhoea, nausea but no vomiting, and a fever for a week, and can't eat a thing. My fever has come down this afternoon so fingers crossed I'm at the tail end. Strangely none of my family have caught it, just me. Anyone else had it? Please tell me it'll be over soon!
