Sigh

That's one of my main symptoms - kind of out of breath and sighing a lot.
I went to Dr 3 weeks ago as I have increasingly had waves of sheer exhaustion washing over me too. He ordered blood tests but offered no idea of possible cause. He was going to see me again if the results came back as abnormal. Had bloods taken on Thursday. I have had, on and off, pins and needles in my hands, but not frequently enough to have considered them a symptom at my first appointment. Anyway, in the last 2 weeks it has become more or less constant, I am also getting them in my feet and am experiencing numbness in my feet too. So called Dr this morning to make an appointment and asked if my results were back yet - they are all OK. What could be wrong?

Go back to your GP. There are lots of blood tests, it's unlikely you have been tested for everything. I feel like you describe when my blood sugar goes low. Some Chemists will check your blood sugar for you.

I hope you feel better soon.
