I've had a hideous vomiting bug since Tuesday afternoon that started like switching a flick. Initially I had V&D which lasted 9 hrs and since then it's been vomiting and feeling very dizzy.
my issue is im still being sick and I'm really struggling to keep anything down, even water.
How long before I should be concerned?
I'm never ill, to this extent, so I'm a bit clueless and just desperate to feel well!
