I caught hsv1 genitalia last April. Was horrific. I got to this feb with no outbreaks, then had another after feb in May and am currently in another now. I think there may have been one in April but tbh I was ill and overworked and didn't keep a note so can't remember.
Anyway, I've taken lysine 1000mg daily and that's not changed.but the outbreaks have. Any advice on diet etc?
