Kenalog/ Prednisone Question?

Hi there,
I am advised to take a short course of Prednisone 20mg per day for a week during Summer (multiple allergies, heat a killer).Another option was a Kenalog shot 40mg.I didn't get a chance to ask the question as was in a rush but, is that prednisone dosage the same as the Kenalog dosage more or less ?I don't like what I'm reading about the Kenalog injection .Thanks in advance

I'd take the injection over the tablets any day. I get no sleep on the tablets and I get quite manic. The injection works nicely and without the side effects.

I agree with Kamden, I hate going on the tablets.
