Ouch, cramp

I get it quite a lot but it's constant today. My toes are curling up every 5 minutes, spend 5 minutes straightening them out and getting it to wear off then it starts all over again.

I think it's the shoes I've been wearing, I have stupid feet that slip out of all shoes so sort of curl my toes up to keep them on.

Does anyone have any miracle cures?

Too much salt causes cramp. Cut as much as possible out of your diet and drink lots of water for a couple of days.

I don't tend to have much salt really, I don't add it at the table or each much processed food. I do cook with it.

I definitely don't drink enough water though so will make an effort with that.

Thanks.

I think quinine helps with cramps so you could drink tonic water.

Take a zinc supplement. Drink water.
