What is this? peri menopause at 34?

Was going to name change but can't think straight.
Since an ectopic pregnancy last year, I've had some hormonal issues. Mood swings and fatigue. These symptoms have ramped up hugely lately. I'm crying for no reason, then raging angry, exhausted but suffering from hideous insomnia, abdominal cramps, and constipation. TMI I know. Since the ectopic and 2 doses of methotrexate, then a new mirena, could I have triggered the family curse of early menopause?

Oh, that all sounds difficult.

You're going to need to go and see a GP and be properly investigated (gynae referral?) to establish what is going on. It does sound like it's all hormoney, but I think only investigation will tell whether that's connected to your family's history of premature menopause.
