Sunburn blistered

I got sunburnt on Saturday, all around the top of my shoulders, it's still very much hurting, and still bright red.. I can barely lift my arms to brush my hair.
It has blistered now, little blisters..

I'm stupid for not putting cream on.

But does anyone know what I can use to make it better, baring in mind I will have to work so will have a top on.

nothing really. It is a burn and all you do with burns is keep them clean and covered.

do not slap on gunk from some dirty old tube you have in the cupboard.

it will heal in a week or so. Lesson learned, eh?
