Mosquito repellent

We're going to Ghana on holiday and I'm looking for mossie repellent recommendations for the babies and me. DS is 2 and DD is 9 months.

The best I've found is Superdrug 50% deet. It is v strong though and not sure I'd use it on v young children. Maybe ask in the chemist. Raid Night and Day pluggy thing us fab too.
