Today I feel dreadful. I've got impacted was in my ear so constant ringing, my neck and jaw feel funny, I feel a bit tired and today my upper back aches and my legs just everywhere really. My nose is runny/blocked, no sore throat although does feel mucusy and no cough although clearing my throat a lot.
I just feel really miserable and stuffed up, is there something going about just now?
