Broken both elbows

Hiya,
Just looking for some support and any tips really.

Had a nasty fall last Wednesday evening and after a visit to a+e, I've broken both elbows.
My right arm is in plaster from shoulder to fingers and I've been told it's a nasty break. My left x-ray had a large shadow over the elbow and doctor thinks it may be a displaced fracture but waiting to outpatients before casting. Doctor almost certain there is a fracture there so have to keep it completly still.

Still using co-codamol due to the pain I'm in my left arm.

Any tips on how to manage

Ouch! Bless you, I hope they get you some decent painkillers - it should be manageable.
