How long does it take to kick in?

Should say on the packet. Normally those OTC sleep aids are 20mins to an hour for the drowsies to start.

Yes I did read that bit. Thanks but tonight is gonna be my 5th night. Maybe the tabs are not for me. Ive tried the whole packet of herbal nytol and it didn't work at all.

One didn't work for me. So I took 2. That worked, took about 20/30 mins. Like you, that was 5 or 6 nights in so I upped it before I went mad with exhaustion. Good luck, it bloody sucks doesn't it.
