Scab on face

It's yuk. I've had antibiotics and it is healing. It's under bottom lip but not on lip. Prob is everytime I eat it bleeds and won't heal properly. Any advice on speeding up the process?

Not the same but I am prone to huge cold sores which then scab and bleed and delay healing. I tend to smother them in Vaseline which softens the scab and try to avoid picking at them. Sympathy, it's horrid. It will heal even with the bleeding.
