Helping broken capillaries?

I have got so many am I'm not sure where from? I'm just 26, very slim and had three close births.

I know my dad has them but he's in his 50's!

I have this too and am considering paying for electrocauterisation to get rid of them. It's cheaper than laser therapy at least!
