I know it's trivial, but it hurts! Big chunk of back tooth fell off at the weekend, leaving sharp metal filling exposed. Dentist filed this down yesterday, but not before the sharp metal had hurt my tongue. Not actually cut, but very sore and looking like white spots/ulcers are appearing. Any thoughts of anything soothing I can put on? Bearing in mind nothing will stick on a tongue!
