he's always been a happy little soul...until recently.granted, there have been a few ups and downs at home recently and i know he bottles things up more than the girls.yesterday,i was teasing him about "girlfriends" and he just started crying...did it once before months ago but thought he'd got over it.i wasn't over the top or anything but he just hid his head and said, " i hate my ears".I finally managed to get out of him that he thinks his ears are "wobbly"!
they are a little bit "sticky outy" but he's a lovely looking little boy with beautiful eyes and long eyelashes that most of us would give anything for. is there anything i can do/say to help him?

I would never find it funny to tease a child about girlfriends - I hope you've learned from your mistake this time.
Who does he take after? Point out that he has ears like Dad/Grandma/whoever and how lovely they are and he can be proud that he's inherited them.
