dd has had bad wind and runny yellow poo for 36 hours, obviously a tummy upset/bug.... is there anything i should be doing other tham getting fluids into her and hoping it passes through soon....

I feed ds1 lots of rice, as that used to work for our dog

Well yellow poo in younger ones indicates lots of milk. Has your dd had lots of milk lately?

How is she in herself? Does she have any appetite?

Some docs now say not to starve with tummy bugs, just feed dry foods. If she wants something i'd offer her toast or similar.

Hope she gets better!

hasnt had lots of milk, appetite low-ish but is eating enough... seems happy enough, been playing all day, how long can it go on for before i should worry about it?

as long as she is taking plenty of fluids then i wouldnt worry ,could be a tummy bug , if youre worried ring your gp and speak to a doctor
