Bloody piles

Anyone else suffer with piles? Had a few of the symptoms- teeny bit of blood after I poop and an itchy arse. I've had them before and know what kicked them off again- I was bloody constipated and strained on the loo! Stupid of me eh?

I'm debating if I should go to the GP- it'd mean taking a full day off work (and I can't really afford to lose the money) or give it a week and see what happens. (Obv I'll go if the symptoms get worse.)

What'd you do?

Bag of frozen peas wrapped in tea towel. And otc cream.
