I had a scan about three years ago which diagnosed me with gallstones. I'd had 5 nights of gal bladder attacks so was given Lansoprazole(?) by my gp. Have had sporadic attacks since but they have only lasted 20 minutes and so ate dairy free for a couple of days after and went back to normal. Cut to last Monday and I had a terrible attack. It lasted over an hour which is something I've never experienced and hope I don't again in a hurry! Since then I've had a constant sickly feeling and feel as though there's a knot in my stomach and maybe like it's bloated and full of air. I feel tired all the time and quite thirsty and can't keep of the loo for a number 2 every time I eat, it's like the food goes straight through me. Sorry tmi!
Does this sound like more gallbladder problems or could it be something else? I'd hate to bother my gp unnecessarily but I'm not sure I'll cope if this is the way things will stay!
