Any dentists around?

Hiya,

Having been fearful of visiting the dentist for years (and only visiting when on pain) I finally went to the dentist yesterday.
He took two temporary fillings out (which went in Dec 2014) and replaced them for me. Had a spray to help numb the area before having two injections into the gum

Since yesterday afternoon, I've had a dull ache over the teeth and gum. Is this normal? Really don't want to go back?

Might be a bit of bruising/soreness from the work. I'd give it a couple of days and see how you feel, or ring them tomorrow if you're still worried.
