Not paranoid at all me

So, in the interests of a purely hypothetical (and definately not worried about shape change and weight loss, no I'm not...) survey - how many on MN fell pregnant with a normal (non-mirena) coil fitted???

My Mum did, but this was 22 years ago, so hopefully they have improved.

I did in Oct 05. It had been slightly dislodged, so when I felt for it it was still there, but was lying half in half out at an angle. Previous to this happening, it worked fine for 4 years, then i got pregnant!! She is now 3 months, 16lbs (fattie!).
