Do you just wash it out (hot water? Soap and water?) and reinsert it all through your period, or does it need re-sterilising?
AF is just back, 8 blissful months on from ds's birth (that makes a year and a half without a period, just about - wonderful .) Anyway, I unearthed the trusty mooncup this morning, sterilised it properly and now I can't remember just how careful I have to be keeping it clean....
